What People are Saying

  • "Perfect design!"

Great product ! I ordered earrings and necklaces that Kathy custom made as a tribute to my brother Tim who passed away at sea doing what he loved. I described what I wanted, to replicate his personal lobster buoy, and Kathy took my thoughts and made the perfect design. They came out even better than I had envisioned.

  • "Make me smile!"

I am always excited to see the new designs from Knit Happens by Kathy. Her unique knitted creations are always so festive and sure to elicit a smile. They are the perfect accessory to wear around town to keep me snug while enjoying the community's many winter celebrations.

  • "So cool!"

I love this story. Kathy, that’s so cool you can take your craft and create such a beautiful story with it.

  • "So much joy!"

Kathy’s hats brought as much joy as they did fashionable warmth to my grandkids and me! The sizing and vibrant colors were perfect in both the children’s “grinch” hats. And the lobster buoy hat won (and worn) during Prelude!”

  • "Eye catching!"

Marjie and I aren’t known for wearing eye-catching, unusual clothing of any type at any time of year but Christmas Prelude is a time for fun and a little frivolity. When we saw Kathy’s lobster buoy and reindeer hats offered at Kennebunk Outfitters last year, we knew we had to have them. We were so happy with them that we did something even more out of the ordinary for us— we posted photos of us wearing the hats on social media. The hats not only have creative, whimsical designs but they are of the highest quality. I can’t wait to add the new lighthouse hat to my collection for Prelude 2024.
